Rain, or Shine, Sleet or Snow, spring is coming!

Anthony: To answer your question, I don't know if it's going to snow on openning day, but one thing is for sure. Spring is coming, even if it comes with snow. Today we went out to play some catch...

yes, even in the snow.

We did take some videos of us throwing, and boy do I have a lot to work on!

Actually, it's funny, Josh's mechanics look just like Kerry Wood's. Now we know that all of Aaron's warnings are accurate!

Josh, if what Jonathan says is true about your mechanics looking like K.W.'s I think you need to call Larry Rothleschild quick, before you need knee surgery, or shoulder surgery, or elbow surgery, or............

Ethan - he is right, they do look like K.W.'s. I guess that I'll have to get the towel out and start making some changes. I think that after about three months of working with the towel I should be able to start throwing a real ball. Do you have any suggestions? I'm open to suggestions not only on the rehab process but on my mechanics in general.

The towel's a good plan but, before you go to the real pitching, do a bit of the long-toss.
And try not ACTING like K.W. by refusing to change your mechanics! - Ethan

That picture doesn't quite show how heavy the snow was while you were out there. It must have let up some by the time someone got the camera out, or the camera just didn't pick it up.
