My car still won't run, but it appears that the Fuel Pump is shot.

True, however my concience wouldn't alow me to sell it to any of my friends anyway.
So, as long as one of my potential buyers doesn't find my blog, I'm fine.
Also, every time I get a problem fixed, it appears to be in great shape, until another problem pops up. So each time it's ready to be sold, I just tell my concience that that was the last problem.
BTW: I really like your new bio picture.
